The order processing is quite slow. There are way too many steps for just one transaction. The website lacks important info, and I had to make several follow-up calls just to get a simple order sorted out.

Regarding the slingshots, it does the job just fine. It’s simply a slingshot, and like with any item, there’s always space for enhancements. I’m a fan of it and intend to get more.

I received my first order, and the case for the gun was damaged, likely due to shipping. It was nearly split in two, but thankfully the gun itself was fine. Jay, the sales rep, hooked me up with a store credit for my next buy.

On my second order, I ran into another problem; the paint on the gun's barrel had some scratches for reasons unknown. Jay jumped right on it and assured me a replacement would be sent as soon as he gets my return. I don’t think the company is trying to push out faulty products, but I might just be the unlucky one to get a less-than-perfect item. I’ll be sure to post another review soon.
